The operations of the Saskatoon Airport Authority (SAA) have been gaining altitude in recent years and the success of the organization inspired the theme of its 2003 Annual Report – Climbing Higher.

As the group responsible for Saskatoon's John G. Diefenbaker International Airport, the SAA handles day-to-day operations  along with long-term planning and management. The SAA's work over the 2003 year, along with important financial and operational data, is included in its annual report.
