Career advertising is an art and science. Good design and smart copy is vital but knowing where and how to place an ad is as important as the ad itself. We work with a variety of clients who are looking to get an “edge” in the war for talent.
In many cases, we simply start with an existing job description and design high-impact career ads that build on the client’s current brand and communicate the essentials of the role and its requirements. Then, we work with clients to choose the right mix of websites, job boards and/or publications to target the locations and audiences they’re trying to reach. Finally, we arrange all postings and placements, facilitating bookings and the transfer of files on the client’s behalf. Creative, well-placed ads and postings that capture the attention and imagination of great people – that’s our specialty.
