Creative Fire partner Bill Peterson can add another impressive point to his already extensive C.V.
For his work within the local business community – and especially with its young business leaders – Junior Achievement Saskatchewan has named Peterson to its Business Hall of Fame.
Darren Hill, JA Saskatchewan’s president and CEO, says Peterson was nominated for the recognition by the association’s board of directors and staff. His business values and commitment to helping others achieve success align with JA’s driving vision.
“This was an opportunity to honour a businessperson who is known not only to the business community but for his commitment to the development of youth,” Hill said.
Peterson was a member of JA Saskatchewan’s founding board of directors 35 years ago. He remains a member of the organization’s board of governors.
At Creative Fire, Peterson works closely with a range of clients on communications strategy – a specialty of the former newspaperman – in addition to the many other hats he wears daily.
Since graduating from the University of Saskatchewan with a certificate in business administration, Peterson has taken his talents across Canada and overseas. Luckily for us, he always chose to come back to Saskatoon.

The team at Creative Fire is extremely proud of our colleague and friend. Congratulations Bill, you deserve the honour.
