CBRE strengthens ties to Indigenous communities with its first Reconciliation Action Plan

CBRE Canada’s Global Workplace Solutions group wanted to elevate its Reconciliation efforts by creating the company’s first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). We worked with CBRE to develop the RAP and its key objectives of building meaningful relationships with Indigenous peoples and communities, promoting and sustaining supply chain diversity, and attracting new Indigenous communities and clients for future partnerships and employment opportunities. CBRE’s RAP also aligns to the company’s broader diversity, equity and inclusion goals.
