First Nations Bank of Canada is always looking for better ways to meet the needs of its stakeholders. This year, that included transitioning from a traditional printed annual report to a dynamic, user-friendly microsite to improve reach and accessibility in remote communities. The theme and content reflect FNBC’s unique brand attributes; dashboards convey key performance metrics; and the narratives explains its efforts to serve Indigenous customers and communities, including the introduction of Trust Advisory services in 2020.
A brochure with highlights and overview information was also printed and distributed as part of the project. Comprehensive audited financial information was made available on the website as a PDF download.
