In honour of National Indigenous History Month, TikTok Canada wanted to use its platform to shine a light on the profound global impact of Indigenous creators, from humour and music to fashion and food. We worked closely with TikTok and Australian-based agency Akcelo to develop the #LivingStories campaign which blended traditional storytelling and modern technology to give a global platform to these creators.
Our team provided creative briefing support, research, insights and recommendations, as well as facilitated introductions, conversations and interviews. We worked directly with the Indigenous content creators to provide them with access to an Elder, media training, and other cultural and creative resources.
