Haleigh believes in the importance of allyship to better relationships with Indigenous peoples and advance Reconciliation. With over 6 years of consulting experience, Haleigh has advised clients throughout North and South America on creating inclusive strategies to enhance Indigenous voices in the private and public sectors. Haleigh also brings a strong sustainability and supply chain background to Creative Fire. Haleigh has advised some of Canada’s largest retailers and energy and resources companies to think differently about integrating Indigenous priorities to cater to the needs of communities and create mutually beneficial economic partnerships. Haleigh holds a Masters of Global Affairs from the University of Toronto’s Munk School of Global Affairs. Prior to joining Creative Fire, Haleigh spent four years as a Senior Consultant with Deloitte’s Sustainability and Climate Change practice and has worked within the international human rights community, including the Human Rights Council, Permanent Mission of Canada to the UN, and United Nations Office of Coordination for Humanitarian Affairs, and she studied Human Rights and Humanitarian Law at the Geneva Academy.
